CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Our customer service center will contact the customer once an order has been placed in order to verify the order 
  • Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been verified for same day deliveries
  • Any amendment of order must be notified at least one (01) hour within the order placement time and is at your discretion. Please call +94 117888288 to amend the order
  • Any amendment request done after one (01) hour from the order placement time will not be entertained
  • Cancellations made by the guest is not refundable
  • Shangri-La Hotel Colombo may cancel an order due to inevitable circumstances & shall contact the customer to offer alternatives or allow customer to opt for 
    • Accept alternatives
    • Cancelling item(s) that is not available and refund partially 
    • Cancelling the order & full refund at no cost 
    • Such refunds will be processed within 7 working days
