ORDER AND DELIVERY

  • Shangri-La Hotel Colombo has limited its delivery areas within Colombo 1 – 10. If your address is not found within our delivery area, please contact us at +94 117888288
  • Registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password
  • Delivery is available daily from 10am to 10pm & any order placed after 8pm, will be delivered the following day
  • The minimum order value is Rs. 2,000 which is subject to change without prior notice 
  • Products appearing on the delivery website are subject to availability at any given time
  • The prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All payments are to be made only using Visa / AMEX / Master Credit or debit cards 
  • All prices include prevailing government taxes
  • A delivery charge will be applicable subject to the delivery location which may vary solely upon the discretion of Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo
  • The estimated delivery time indicated on the website may vary subject to the capacity & availability of Shangri-La Hotel Colombo 
  • Shangri-La Hotel Colombo will not be held responsible for delivery delays which may arise due to conditions beyond the control of the hotel.
  • Delays may be experienced during peak delivery times.
  • Please REMEMBER to let us know of any allergies and / or special dietary requirements

COMPLAINTS POLICY

  • The products are non-returnable once delivered to the customer
  • Comments in terms of the service may be directed to restaurants.slcb@shangri-la.com 
  • A representative from Shangri-La Hotel Colombo shall attend to such comments within 3 working days
